Willy Ogorzaly
Display a warning to users when they're about to send to an address they've never sent to before. Could also add a history button to the address field to let users select addresses they've sent to recently

Backing up all that history for every chain, for every user, reliably? I'd advocate more for opt-in address labels (e.g. saving a name for addresses you use a lot, like "mom, checking, lambo savings, etc." Otherwise, most of the time for me at least, it's likely that I'm sending to a unique address for just that one purpose ("Coinbase FOX #4," "BTC pay-server bought a t-shirt, invoice #1234" --especially chains that encourage new receive addresses for each account). Also, scams like this have been around since the dawn of time, read: https://krebsonsecurity.com/2021/08/man-robbed-of-16-bitcoin-sues-young-thieves-parents/
