Better Hardware Wallet Support

We aim to attract and retain whales on the platform, but the support for Hardware Wallets (besides KeepKey) is not very apparent.
Some HW support WalletConnect (Ledger/CoolWallet) and could benefit from their own icon "masquerading" for the WalletConnect procedure in the connect modal, others like Trezor would require native support as they don't really support WalletConnect (only through MetaMask).
Maybe the ones requiring native support can be an extended goal, the WalletConnect ones seem like an easy "win" to display more very popular wallets as supported.

Ledger integration is almost complete. We are working on an evaluation of Trezor to follow.

Trezor would be great to start with thanks to its similarity with KeepKey and much lower complexity vs. Ledger because there are no apps. i think would be a good first experiment to run to try and get trezor users using shapeshift.
