Assuming you're talking about Nano (XNO), it is unlikely to happen as it lacks support for smart-contracts which are a requirement for decentralized swaps.

Our wallet/infrastructure also does not support any DAG-based cryptocurrency (like Nano) so it would be a huge engineering undertaking to add it, just to support send/receive transactions.

In order for Shapeshift to support decentralised swaps from or to Nano, either THORChain or Maya Protocol should integrate Nano first Kit Corican
