zeus tseng Yes, you're correct, it's not "normal" and it's likely a bug. Please report it on shapeshift . com (bottom-right, there's a blue button to open the Chat with our support). Make sure you include details such as which trade was in progress, which asset you were trying to send and screenshots if possible.
This is not the place to report such bugs and the feature you suggest should not need to exist once this bug is fixed. Thanks for your understanding.

zeus tseng This looks like a bug/error when you're sending funds, you should contact our support on the official website, bottom right there is a blue bubble to start a chat and open a ticket with them.
Include the screenshots and as much details as possible when you contact them (when exactly this error happens, when it stops).

Hello, I'm basing my answer on this English translation of your message:

I'm not sure what you mean by the wallet being "frozen" or locked during a Swap. Once, one a swap is executed you can close the confirmation window and you should be able to use you wallet again. You can track the swap progress in the Action/Notification center (🔔 icon).
In all cases, if you execute a "Market" Swap, this causes an on-chain transaction and it is not reversible, so in that case we will never be able to provide a "Delete" button.
If you open a "Limit" order, you can do what you're asking already, there is a "Close" button for every open order (until the order gets executed) that lets you "delete" the order.
But neither of these should "freeze" your wallet, so you will have to give us more detail on what "freezes" yours.
