Send and receive support for P2TR, mainly for Bitcoin, but I suppose the work to support another address scheme like this would apply to all the other UTXO chains that support Taproot (at least Litecoin to my knowledge).

finally getting us off the bitcoin fork and into a proper library. bringing this to phantom first as a test and then ledger, then native.

As a shapeshift user id like to be able to send TO taproot addresses. This is a requirement to send to many exchanges services and chainflip specifcally.
