My intuition for swapping cross-chain is to click the chain button next to the asset if I am doing an ETH to ETH trade on another chain. Talked about this in a brief spike 10/04/23

BASE is another EVM that ShapeShift could support. Currently users who send assets to ShapeShift on the BASE network are directed to import their seed phrase to another wallet that supports the network.
